“I’ve been searching for ways to heal myself, and I’ve found that kindness is the best way.”- Lady Gaga

You remember a time when insecurity, self-doubt, and constant people-pleasing weren’t the “norm”… but those days feel like a distant memory. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’re in the right place.

Hello! I’m Jacqueline Rose!

I’m passionate about helping women tackle the challenges of body dissatisfaction and perfectionism so they can embrace life with more confidence and joy. If you're feeling stuck, know that you're not alone. I work with amazing individuals just like you—those ready to rediscover their spark but needing a little guidance to light the way.

Let’s be honest, the usual advice to “fake it till you make it” or those generic courses often leave us feeling even more discouraged. That’s why I believe in a different approach—one that’s as unique as you are. Together, we’ll explore the deep-seated roots of issues like negative body image, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Our goal? To heal and overcome those persistent patterns that hold you back.

Our weekly sessions are your time to slow down and really listen to what your body and heart are telling you. With a focus on mindfulness and body awareness, we’ll connect deeply with your truest desires, needs, and personal truths. It’s all about finding and celebrating your authentic self, paving the way to a life that feels right for you.

I can’t wait to get started and see where this journey takes us!

How I work

Therapy with me isn’t all sitting & talking.

We’ll also work on real, practical skills that you can apply to your day-to-day life.

Whether you're grappling with feelings of negative body image, navigating the ups and downs of anxiety and overwhelm, striving to break free from perfectionism and self-doubt, or simply figuring out the ins and outs of relationships, we'll craft a personalized approach that resonates with you. Here's a glimpse of what we might explore together:

  • Uncovering and Healing: We'll dive deep to heal the root causes of your struggles with body image.

  • Anxiety Management Tools: You'll learn practical strategies to handle anxiety effectively.

  • Mind Calming Practices: Together, we'll discover methods to soothe your overactive mind, helping you find peace.

  • Intuitive Skills: We'll work on enhancing your ability to listen to your intuition, boosting your self-trust.

  • Self-Care Planning: I'll help you create a self-care routine that keeps you grounded and relaxed.

  • Boundary Setting Techniques: We'll practice ways for you to honor your needs and assert your boundaries confidently.

Each step is designed to bring you closer to a life where you feel empowered and at ease. Let's find the right combination of techniques that work specifically for you!
